About Me
I really like to assist my clients in seeing their issues from a different perspective. I like to build my clients up and to equip them with the tools that they need to manage the situations they find themselves in. I will never judge. I have heard many secrets. There is nothing you can tell me that will not be handled with professionalism and compassion. I do not judge anyone. My clients come from all walks of life, I do not discriminate against anyone for any reason, whether it be religion, gender, colour, identity. Everyone is welcome, I invite you to just come as you are.
So many people consider themselves unworthy, for so many reasons, and from that type of thinking stems a whole lot of negative consequences. Problems sometimes need to be put into perspective. A lot of the time, people are too scared of what others will think of them, so they never take the step towards healing, they never seek the help that they need. Everyone that crosses my path will be treated with dignity.
Please note that I am a counsellor, I am not a psychologist or a doctor or a social worker. For this reason I cannot with medical aids. All of my qualifications and registrations are available in my counselling room, or you are welcome to request these before making the choice to see me.
I am able to speak English and Afrikaans. Unfortunately I am unable to speak and other languages. I am able however to overcome communication barriers.
A little bit of self disclosure for you......In my own life, my journey has not been that easy, a lot of my experiences I could never have learned in a book, you could say that I am "qualified by experience", receiving my "degree" from "The University of Life" My experiences have led me to assist others and this is how I found my purpose. I have learned through a lot of self- study and a lot of hard work that most life issues can be overcome along with the help of the right person and a person's dedication to not be held in bondage for the rest of their life. We must remember that we cannot remain a victim, WE ARE FREE TO BE OURSELVES.
